FAQ

If you purchased an item that is immediately available, your order will be shipped within 3 business days.  Our work is generally made to order.  For made to order and custom orders, please anticipate 3-4 weeks for delivery.  Due to the temperamental nature of porcelain clay, in some cases your order may take some extra time.

Please email us if your purchase is time sensitive.  We will do our best to accommodate expedited requests and commissions. 

We want you to love your ceramics!  We will accept returns on items within 5 days of receipt, given that that they are returned in their original condition.  Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Commissioned orders are final.

Care has been taken to ensure that your pieces are packaged properly and arrive to you intact, however accidents happen.  If you should receive your package damaged, please contact us with a photo of the item within 3 days of receipt.  Please retain the packaging and broken product until notified.  We will handle a claim with the shipping carrier and arrange for a replacement free of charge as soon as possible.

  

All pieces are hand dyed and hand thrown on the pottery wheel which can cause variations in color and shape.  We do not use molds or machines!  The marbling effect is created naturally and no two pieces are alike. 

All our ceramics are hand-crafted with a high quality porcelain clay and then glazed on the inside with a food safe clear glaze.  Every piece is dishwasher and microwave safe; however, hand-washing is recommended to prolong the life of your pottery.  Do not expose your porcelain to sudden shifts in temperature (i.e. placing a warm bowl into the freezer) or directly on an open flame.
